The meeting was chaired by Christopher Bushell, the vice-chair was E. H. McNeile, and the Honourable Secretary was Edward M. Hance. Includes sections discussing: 'Joint Announcement of Re-opening of schools', 'Midsummer Holydays', 'Practical Cookery', 'Penny Banks', 'Infectious Diseases', 'Schools in the Union' and 'Expenses' among others. Includes an appendix with 'copies of resolutions' decided at previous meetings, including regulations on 'holydays', admission dates, school hours, Sunday school treats, and the prevention of cruelty to animals. Final pages detail an alphabetical list of schools which have 'entered into the arrangements approved by the conference of school managers'.
