Formed as a result of the re-organisation of the parent company Turner & Newall and given the task of administering the Trafford park Works. It later became a marketing organisation before reverting back to operating other factories owned by Turner and Newall at Widnes and Erith in 1933/34. Various re-organisations over the succeding years saw the company open various other factories producing asbestos products before finally absorbed J. W. Roberts and forming Turners Asbestos Cement Construction Materials Ltd in 1970.
