Ernest Walter (Bill) Elliot was chief Engineer at Decca Radio & Television, Bradford, during the 1970s. Elliot was based at their labs in Clayton having previously worked for Baird Television.

Scope and Content
The developmental papers in the Ernest Walter (Bill) Elliot Collection include meeting notes and correspondence between Teldec, Decca and Telefunken, technical drawings and plans detailing video disk operation, notes on TeD parts and visits, and reprinted articles on the TeD.
