Harris, Frank Rosslyn Biography Biography
Frank Harris was a College Apprentice with Metropolitan-Vickers Electrical Co Ltd from 1938 to 1947. After serving his apprenticeship he went on to become an employee of Metropolitan-Vickers Electrical Co Ltd, becoming Chief Engineer in the Large Steam Turbine Department, where he worked until he retired.

The Institution of Mechanical Engineers, Group Discussion titled "The Value of Higher Temperatures From Reactors". Opening speakers were Mr J.R.M. Southwood from the Nuclear Power Group Limited and Mr F.R. Harris from English Electric - A.E.I. (T-G) Ltd. Contains typewritten copy of lecture notes and plans of the gas turbine cycle.
