Prudence Winifred Parsons (nee Hackworth) was born on 2 December 1892 and was also known as 'Winnie'. She was the daughter of Albert Hackworth and Esther Ann Hackworth, (nee Williams); who was the granddaughter of John Wesley Hackworth and therefore the great granddaughter of Timothy Hackworth. In 1919 he married Henry Parsons, who was born in 1891 and died in 1968, and they had one son and two daughters. She died in 1956.
