- Scope and ContentA collection of digital archive material relating to the development of the Virustatic Shield face covering with an anti-viral protein coating which traps and disables certain viruses, by Virustatic and the University of Manchester. The digital archive consists of prototype sketches, lab results, test reports (embargoed), a copy of the US Patent for the Viruferrin™ anti-viral protein, communications documents including graphics showing the face covering in use and explaining how the protein works, logos, marketing photographs, information leaflets and user guide, and a digital copy of a photograph of the inventor’s grandfather, who inspired the technology.
