    Corporate film produced for GEC-Mowlem Railway Group by White Swan Films Ltd. The film is introduced by Dr Tony Ridley (Chairman Docklands Light Railway, President LRTA - Light Rail Transit Association) who presents the Docklands light railway as successful project, and suggests light rail as a solution in cities around the world. Using the Docklands Light railway built by GEC-Mowlem, with footage of its construction and shots taken with passengers once the railway was on service, the video highlights the advantages of the light railway. The film also includes footage of the opening ceremony with Queen Elizabeth II on 30 June 1987 and archival black & white footage of the Docklands prior the railway construction.
