Ernest Walter (Bill) Elliot was chief Engineer at Decca Radio & Television, Bradford, during the 1970s. Elliot was based at their labs in Clayton having previously worked for Baird Television.

Scope and Content
Five TeDs (television electronic discs) in original packaging titled "Tischtennis", "Jurgen Marcus", and "Jurgen Marcus schmetterlinge konnen nicht wennen". There are also two disks in paper wrapping labelled "TV Commercials II", and "Engine".
