Textile merchant based in Manchester, known as ABC Wax. The company produced its first wax printed cottons at its Hyde factory in 1908. It was acquired by Cha Textile Group in 1992, but produciton continued at the Hyde site until 2007. Production was then taken over by another company in the Cha Textile Group, Akosombo Textiles Limited, based in Ghana.
