- Physical descriptionThe condition of the series is good. Many of the papers are placed loosely in folders or adhesive envelopes or secured in binders. Some envelopes are torn and damaged, although it appears that some of these envelopes do not belong to the original order, rather to the decant process ahead of donation. Some items demonstrate mechanical damage from binder rings or deterioration of glue.
- Archival historyMajority of the series is labeled as "Business", "Org. archive" or "Organisational archive" per filing system in original order. Was originally stored in filing cabinets or binders before being decanted into manila envelopes then bankers boxes for transfer. As such, some filing tabs and binder separators remain in the series; these are preserved in the naming structure at sub-series, file, and item levels. Some envelopes were delivered sealed at time of transfer; these were opened and repackaged in 2025. The series was decanted into archival-grade storage boxes in July 2022.
