Beige hardback notebook from Grasemann's time in service during the First World War, including places and dates of his postings, and containing sketches, anecdotes, and pasted-in memos. Various colour sketches of officers and F.A.N.Ys (First Aid Nursing Yeomanry) are particularly fine. Beige hardback notebook containing writing, sketches, and pasted-in material covering the period 1919-?1923, during employment with South Eastern and Chatham Railway and Southern Railway. Blue hardback photograph album containing black and white photographs of yachts and newspaper cuttings pertaining to CG's career, retirement, and death, including obituaries and details of memorial service at St Martin-Within-Ludgate, London. Obituaries include those from yachting publications such as Royal Cruising Club journal, and concentrate on his contribution to the sport. Some loose-leaf material, including, at the back, the printed programme for the memorial service.
