In the background, the line operator (right) talks to the foreman and the assistant manager (centre). The image appears in the picture story “Men at Work: The Galvanizing Line,” September 1958 issue, p. 36. The print has a yellow job sticker on the reverse with the following details: Job: INGOT, Date out: 16.8.58, Screen: 120, Width: 11 13/16 Width: 8 11/16. Pencil marks on the reverse indicate where the photograph should be cropped for publication
