- Archival historyDocuments collated by Jack Oldham during his career at Richard Johnson & Nephew, East Manchester, 1950-1980. Mr Oldham was responsible for the planning and installation of new plant at the company's Manchester works as well as the decommissioning and subsequent removal of machinery to the company's other factory at Ambergate. As well as looking after the works Mr Oldham was also responsible for Health & Safety. On Mr Oldham's death, the collection passed to his daughter, who donated it to the museum.
